Pozdrav
Znanec nabavil "prevajalnik ENENCE" in opaža, da je trenutno na voljo samo aplikacija za Apple iphone.
Mogoče kdo tole raziskal... če je kje na voljo že tudi za android.

Med drugim piše da "zagotavlja hitro in natančno dvosmerno prevajanje" in tudi "aparat DELUJE V OBOJA SMERA"...

Moje sožalje.
Znanca poskusi naučit, kako prepoznati strani, ki prodajajo meglo in polizdelke.
-70% poust.
-Veliko "Kupi zdaj" gumbov.
-"Samo še danes" časovno omejena akcija, ki traja bistveno dlje, kot je navedeno.
-Nedosleden opis izdelka. Na njihovi strani piše več kot 60 jezikov. Pri seznamu jezikov piše 36 jezikov (nisem šel štet). V google play piše več kot 40 jezikov.
-Ocena na google play je 2,2
-Slaba slovenščina na strani.
-Klik na kontakt preusmeri na "Support page", kjer je še več reklam.
-Upsell: Na strani za nakup so privzeto izbrani štirje prevajalniki.
-Eset se pritoži : "Potentially unwanted content found".
-Ikone na dnu strani za vnos podatkov so tudi zanimive: Nortn, MCAfee , Verified by Visa, Truste, Mastercard Secure code. Pošiljajo pa s plačilom po povzetju ?
-Mislim, da sem videl reklamo za to tudi na Siol-ovi strani.
Na Trustpilot je povprečna ocena kar dobra. Če zanemariš pretirano navdušene prispevke, ki se berejo kot reklama ostanejo opisi, kot npr:

TERRIBLE SCAM! PLEASE READ BEFORE BUY. This company is a scam selling scam products. Their translator is simply a Bluetooth speaker connected to a very bad translator app. I returned the product and had to pay extra for international tracking and they never refunded me the money. You can’t get through a person either you will only receive automatic messages. I bought directly from Enence website
Edit to answer to Enence comment to my review: You have all my data. I contacted you from the moment I got your device, I have been dealing with your repetitive and nonsense automatic emails where you responded with the same script email Several times and finally told me to send the device filling in a form and paying very expensive international tracking fees. I then have proof you received the item and you signed but you complete ignored it and never refunded me the money. With your response to my review you are confirming once again how much of a scam Enence is. I want my money back and I know you have scammed many more people that fell like me. |

Scam alert
Scam alert. When I ordered mine the quantity went from 1 to 4 after I confirmed the order. I contacted customer service immediately and was to it was to late to change the order as the warehouse had already picked them, but not to worry I could return them once they arrived
They give 30 days for a return and it's been 12 days since I requested a return voucher with no reply. After checking online I am not the first this happened to.
So I have once again submitted all the required info to facilitate a return. This time at the request of Enence's response to my review. If they reply I will update my review. |

Terrible customer service - won’t respond
November 2024 - Within an hour of the order going through, they wouldn’t cancel it and now won’t respond to return them. Been trying to return since early December. No response. Do not buy! |
-Nikoli ne kupit izdelka, kjer je kjerkoli na strani, reklami, ali opisu vsaka beseda stavka napisana z veliko začetnico.
