I do not think that anyone has schematic.
If there are transmitter and reciever, then you probably want schematic of device for searching underground cables in an open teritory

Transmitter is an oscillator with selectable power and frequencies (in some steps between 5kHz ... 100kHz). You connect wires somewhere around house main fuses and start transmitting. Signal is pushed into 3f 400VAC net through capacitors. High frequency of signal is (0% / 100%) modulated with about 2kHz pulses so actual output is for example 20kHz signal in 2kHz pulses
( /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\--------------------/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\-------------------- ...).
Power supply could be done with accu. or through 400/230/xxV transformer.

Reciever has selectable resonance frequencies at the same values as transmitter. Another frequency filter brings those 2kHz pulses to the beeper.

Theoretically it is easy, practically you should combine technical solutions from differrent sources (metal detector, oscillators, band pass filters,...) and be careful with 230VAC !!

p.s.: I am not 100% sure about frequencies. It is not only one frequency because of differrent ground properties (sand, soil, dry/wet, ...), so you can select the most suitable frequency. They must not be the same as frequencies, that local electric distributtor uses for communication with your house energy monitor. You should check for allowed frequencies first !
